I have no problem believing a dude could turn water into wine, cure leprosy and blindness with his hands, and rise from the dead, but a guy with golden plates and a secret language is asking too much.

I think that this is a serious thing.
I think that Bishop Romney believes he is fulfilling prophecy.
I think that evangelical christians do not understand that. They are thinking of sharing the same values (anti-gay marriage, abortion, etc.) and are not thinking about a mormon coming in and running the USA like it was salt lake city.
I think that they need to hear about it, I think they would be concerned with books that extend the story of Jesus beyond what is in the bible, that Romney thanks he will be God on his own planet, etc. I don't think it hurts to tie the morman riding a white horse prophecy to the anti-christ riding the white horse in revelations in their minds.
These people love forwarding e-mails that say crazy things. I hope they start sending them.

Mittens certainly doesn't fit that prophecy. One who is mighty and strong? Certainly doesn't fit a guy who flip, flops and bends to the wind.
