there's no reason to believe 2020 will be more free and fair than 2016 or 2018 state-level Senate races in red States

1. 2018 was an overwhelming wave election, which could have diluted any attempted interference.
2. Elections can be manipulated solely through altering voting roll names and addresses, nullifying targeted voters without directly changing vote totals.
3. It might not be just Republicans interfering. See below.

In AGGREGATE you can say that, but it was an immense series of individual races, some close, some not.

And voters were told to check their registration frequently, unlike in 2016.

There have been plenty of cases where those totals have been changed. I want a way to anonymously track an individual's votes from paper ballot to final official vote total, so each voter can verify their votes were correctly counted in the final official total.
