Kellyanne Conway's job is not in danger any more than Trump's is.

Aside from showing up for a little performance drama on Cable News, there is nobody in Washington willing to go after Republican criminals

They break laws daily, ignore subpoenas, court orders, and yet, no one wants to do more than use some slightly less than polite language.

Therefore, there's nothing to go after her criminally for.

Moreover, Congress has no role in enforcing the Hatch Act and has no power to remove or penalize Conway since she's not Senate-confirmed.
