WaPo: TRUMP supporters leaked his bad polling numbers

Trumpworld is trying to wave a red flag in front of the president to warn him that his 2020 reelection battle is going to be a tougher fight than he's willing to acknowledge. That's why, people close to the campaign said, that unflattering internal poll numbers leaked about matchups with Joe Biden and other Democratic contenders in key states.

...snip...

"2020 will be exponentially more difficult than 2016 and everyone needs to realize that,” the source close to the campaign explained. The message is clearly not one Trump has been receptive to, telling Fox News in an interview last week that the polling was “incorrect.”

...snip...

Leaking to the press as a way to expose pertinent information, back stab colleagues, influence policy, or send a message to the president is not a new phenomenon in the Trump administration. Funneling information through the one medium that Trump is most likely to consume is a surefire way to get through to him.

Russia was able to depress Democratic turnout when Trump was an unknown quantity. It'll be a lot harder to do so in 2020.

And, NO, there's no evidence that Russia was able to flip votes.

But votes and or/vote totals were flipped in elections since 2000 and 2016 resulting in vote totals that gave Bush and Trump "victories".

I recall in 2000 Bush jumped out of his chair and called his brother in Florida when the state and the election were called for Gore. And the famous recounts started.

Trump's poker face grin displayed on election night 2016 as he rattled off the states that he would win was all too telling.

Bush and Trump knew the flips were in and the results were assured.

Hillary was well ahead and I expected her to carry those states and win the election but the memory of 2000 was all too vivid.

None of them say it happened.

It also seems odd that they could "steal" elections in 2000, 2004, 2016 but not 2006, 2008, 2018.

Benjamin Franklin was asked at the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787:

"Dr. Franklin, what kind of a government have you given us?"

"A republic" - he replied.

"If you can keep it)."

To secure the support of the southern states and the states that were obsessed with state supremacy the elections pf the federal officers of the new republic would be controlled by the states and organized with little or no uniformity or standardized review of questionable election practices.

The assaults pn the elections mentioned above, as well as others through the years could have been exposed through simple readouts of duplicate paper ballots including random recounts pf suspicious or of expected close races.

Vote totals were arrived at with simple Bell Telephone cables with yjr totals passing through many hand

Bush and Trump election counting heated up and the totals were adusted as needed.

Joseph Stalin was right. "Never mind the voters. It's the counters you must corrupt".
