I am wondering if E. Jean Carroll had even thought about giving Trump's balls her knee...

that would at least make him crumple so she could get loose and run out of that dressing room. If possible, it would be the best defense she could use in her situation.

Of course, he might have been out of commission for any, er, marital relations with Melania...she should recommend that action to any other women he has targeted for his "attention."

Seriously, even those trained in self-defense would have a hard time getting it together, not to mention he had her pinned against the wall and they were in a tiny room. It's not necessarily easy to get your leg free enough to raise your knee-- and how much velocity could she have gotten while pressed against a wall?

We're just all wishing someone would, um, imperil him between the legs. But it's not fair to expect someone taken completely by surprise and probably trying hard not to make a scene or get in trouble to have the mental and physical wherewithal to do it for us.

It's not as easy to think about that in the moment...sounds also like he was on her before she knew what happened. Also I believe he came at her from behind, so the knee idea wouldn't work.

also, it really pisses me off when people ask these questions after the fact of rape victims...it's not that easy to "fight back" when the assault happens quickly and you are not expecting it. Hindsight is 20/20 and I'm sure she though of it later.... but not being able to think of something like that in the moment is like victim-shaming IMO

Her situation became dire. She was thinking she could handle the situation and clearly she was not expecting that response. I am as furious about this as you are! He is a monster!

i was just relishing the idea of her knee incapacitating him and putting him in excruciating pain. Hearing her story, I was upset, angry and feeling helpless...and there is nothing you can do except spread the story with a loud, clear voice which is what she is doing...

I, too, am tired of and exasperated with the "why didn't she and "she should have, "if she doesn't then" second-guessing.

From her description it sounds like he attacked her so suddenly that all she could think to do was struggle to get away. She might have tried to knee him in his tiny balls, or maybe her position was such that she couldn't. But don't blame the victim because she did or didn't do something.

I was just fantasizing about having him crumple over in excruciating pain! I am not second guessing his victim. I am deeply appreciative that she has spoken up and come forward. I admire her courage.

hoping to bruise his ego but then got control and lifted her knee. I don't remember if she "struck gold" with her knee placement, but I got the feeling she did so.

Maybe I was fantasizing that she made contact and that he hurt enough for her to get away.

Mon Jun 24, 2019, 06:24 PM

She said that she was slammed against the wall as soon as they were in the dressing room and she hit her head because she was slammed into the wall.

He tried to kiss her and she laughed at him to hurt his ego. He proceeded to pull down her tights and she was fighting with him to keep her tights on.

She also said that he pushed his shoulder into her, she didn't say where on her that he did this. I would assume into her chest so that she couldn't move.

I don't know how she could have gave him a knee to the groin, but I really wish that this never happened to her.

It sounds like he attacked her suddenly and she couldn't get free until after he was done with her.

I despise this third-rate rapist and may he burn in hell.

In no way did I "victim blame" her. I have been a victim of sexual assault (in college, many years ago) and I thought nobody would believe me. since he was killed in a motorcycle accident very soon after attacking me, I banned it from my memory. All I felt was relief that he could never do that to me again. That memory was recovered only a few years ago.

I know you are just being sensitive to the victim in this case. But you are suggesting that I have done a heinous thing in somehow "victim blaming." I want you to know that you couldn't be more wrong.
