I called my 2 Repug & 1 Dem Rep.s (all men) and told them, in no uncertain terms:

That he and the other two need to go down to the border where they were keeping kids in cages and to find a spot without feces, urine or tears, and to sit right down next to them and care for those children.

I told them I would join them, because we were all men we had only one job right now; to protect the children.

It's been about 12 hours since I called. I hope at least one cares enough to do something. At this point, anything.

Oh yeah, we are there... We were there a long time ago, and unfortunately, these horrible things are being done in our names.

We have all become "good Germans."

Are being abused, dirty, in urine and feces,no hygiene, no beds, lack of beds, bedding.

Democrats need to go to the border this week, set up funding.

I just heard a Congresswoman say they appropriated money, it was misused.

No banking wall money, help for those children!

I heard that the Democrats are trying to put conditions on the money they want to appropriate because Trump will just use the money for his awful policies and not for what it's intended.

It's pretty damned sad that he has been allowed to bypass Congress on everything. It's pretty damned sad that they even have to spend the time to write an ironclad bill so that the supposed leader of our country doesn't use the money for himself and what he wants.

Hell, it's more than sad. It's downright dangerous. Now he's saying he doesn't need to have Congress approve his wet dream of a war with Iran.

a part of approving was mispent so we won't get on board with new funding? I have been trying to understand and am probably behind the rest of you for sure.

The last thing I had heard the Dems say was that they hadn't been given a bill to consider. And they seemed quite cavalier about it.

To put restrictions on where the money is spent. Most of the money was wasted the last time.

crimes against humanity, but it's still too soon to impeach. I guess not enough kids have died or been traumatized.

I see that General Kelly left his Chief of Staff post with Trump and moved to work for the private prison corporation that is charging taxpayers $750.00 per kid per day.

Shoot, it's too late to impeach any how, it's Steve Kornacki time, it's debate time, elections start in February.

We have had 44 presidents and none, no one has done 1/10th of what Trump has done to deserve impeachment.

I don't even want to watch the political debates, I know they are extremely important, but they feel like they are a diversion to deflect from Trump's malfeasance. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph we just had another credible woman come forward claiming that Trump raped her. Hey all of you who called on Al Franken to resign, where the hell are you? Why no call for Trump to resign? Sorry, off topic.

pushed hard lobbying against impeachment corrected me one time and said that you couldn't include any action that trump took outside his tenure. Like the rape allegations. They also said it had to be directly related to governance ??? Guess it's a moot point now since it's more and more obvious nothing will happen.

It’s been reported that we taxpayers are paying upwards of $700 per day per kid. That is so far beyond outrageous. Why is no journalist digging into the players here. At the very least, the House needs to immediately establish a Select Committee on the Migrant Crisis and start having experts testify to the costs and how Trump appointees allowed these atrocious conditions. In addition, the Trump/Miller policies (like cutting off economic aid already allocated by Congress) that have contributed to this crisis need to be brought to the public’s attention. All public hearings—nothing behind closed doors.

THIS! I want this investigated and I want to find out who is profiting from this atrocity! Even if they had spent $50.00 per day on those children, they would still be living in luxury compared to what they are living in right now. Where is that money going? Whose pockets is it going in to?

This is a huge scandal and I want the people involved taken down for it.
