Ann Romney said "I'm not here to talk about politics/policy, I'm here to talk about love"* -THEN ...

after she mentions a little bit about love she went on to talk about politics / issues / and policy.

she looked upwards to the side and seemed to be soaking in the applause with a wave of tingles washing over her - just like Palin did a bunch of times in 2008 when she gave her convention speech.

Not sure how to describe, but if you saw the Palin speech maybe you know what I'm talking about.
