to their party's advantage instead of Republicans. Unlimited campaign financing would never have been considered "free speech" if Democrats were raking in more corporate dollars than Republicans. And if men had abortions or took birth control...well, you know how that would turn out, too.

With this new logic that Feds have ZERO jurisdiction over States on voting then the cop-out "this time only, no precedent" is the b.s. we here always knew it is.

was dealt with in the Constitution, and its history predates that of that document.

DACA still has not been tested in the SCOTUS, it may well not be a matter for the Court, either. There could be a ruling that the Court has no jurisdiction here, and that what one President does purely by executive order, a new President can undo by executive order, that's why we have elections every four years for that office.
