(10,885 posts)Story has it daddy once picked up junior to go to a game, and junior was casually (as one might expect) dressed. Daddy sent him to change to a suit and tie to maintain the tRump image.

"...when Trump, Jr., was enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania. Don Jr. opened the door, wearing a Yankee jersey, Scott Melker, one of his former classmates, wrote on Facebook last year, describing what happened on one occasion when Trump came to take his son to a Yankees game. Without saying a word, his father slapped him across the face, knocking him to the floor in front of all of his classmates. He simply said put on a suit and meet me outside, and closed the door. (The Trumps have denied this account.)

(7,682 posts)I found another image of this shopping trip that's dated for Sept. 14, 1991. Ivana and Donald were already divorced while on this K-Mart back to school shopping trip due to the Aspen ski trip of 1990. This is when Ivana discovered the fact that he was cheating on her with Marla.

(32,095 posts)And, the kid didn't have all those necessities before arriving in town? Were there no stores in Manhattan that sold school supplies, bedding, and other needs? It's as if he dumped the kid there on a whim, like he does everything else. No wonder Junior is so fucked up.
