Idea for an Obama campaign-ad: "We build it!"

So, the republican battle-cry is "We build it!". A shout-out to capitalism, individualism and freedom.

How about some back-stabbin'?

How about a campaign-ad that simply consists of the original footage of this speech?
"Did you know that the republican campaign-slogan is actually a reference to an Obama-speech, Mitt Romney totally agrees with?"
Ad some footage from the speech Romney held some time later, where he made an argument similar to Obama's.
The viewers would see 1. that the republican slogan echoes Obama's stance, 2. that the republican slogan is built on a lie, 3. that Obama is not an enemy of capitalism.
It would seed doubts, and what once has been thought cannot be unthought.

Unfortunately any discussion of the grammar of of using "that" to refer to "roads and bridges" is doomed; but this is an effective counter.

The message of Obamas speech that they attacked was "we built that together, you didn't do it alone".

The republicans message is "we built it" which is President Obamas message without any detail. It's because they know their base can't think beyond a short, three word bumper sticker.
