Weather: It's going to rain and thunderstorm for Trump's July 4th event

Donald Trump’s supersized Fourth of July celebration is tomorrow, and it’s shaping up to be quite the birthday party.

However, it looks like it might rain, and well, let’s just say our “president” isn’t a fan of the rain.

The National Weather Service is calling for fog and clouds during the day with a heat index of 100 degrees. There is a 75% chance of rain with thunderstorms possible in the afternoon.

Chances of precipitation increase Thursday evening, with a 70% chance of “numerous” thunderstorms with clouds and some wind.

While there is usually a Smithsonian-sponsored event and a concert broadcast on PBS on the Fourth of July, Trump announced new plans for this year’s celebration, including flyovers and tanks, which he said in a tweet that the “Pentagon & our great Military Leaders are thrilled to be doing.”

I tell you, with all the Capitol Fourths Smokey's performed in for PBS, this year's will be special.

It'll be a kind of redemption from the obscene, third world-style spectacle Cheeto's holding earlier in the day.

(since D.C. probably qualifies by now) that drops an inch or two in little more than a hour. Accompanied by AWESOME lightening and thunder (WAY more impressive and scary than the manufactured kind).

Global warming can come in handy at times.

Besides the much better voice for the job, it would be a definite improvement.

I want it to go on so that he and the world can have yet another piece of evidence as to the degree to which he is hated.
