Yes, there are still implicitly different standards of conduct for the genders, but the shit Trump says and does goes way beyond anything that other guys can normally get away with.

The GOP is a cult. Whoever claims the robes of cult leader, be they male or female, will be able to murder people on live tv without losing support from the base.
