What a twisted world we live in. Trumpers love Trump because

he doesn't respect the rule of law. Yet, they claim that they belong to the party of law and order.

When can we stick a fork in it and out them for their nuttery?

Rule of law is when the law is applied evenly to everyone, even the most powerful. Law and order is how much theft, violent crime or civil unrest there is.
