...which is why they've spent the last 45 years making sure it couldn't happen again. Above all, by packing the courts with their sycophants. Watergate couldn't happen today, because the courts wouldn't rule for the nation and the Constitution; they'd rule for the Republican party...

The GOPee, he believes, is above law - in a way it wasn't back in '75.

Mostly because of the sheer number of judgeships they've hijacked since then, including, of course,a majority of the Supreme Court.
