Barr Accuses Dems Of Creating 'Public Spectacle' With Mueller Testimony

Bill Barr sure sounds like the president's lawyer...

Attorney General Bill Barr said on Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s upcoming testimony wouldn’t “serve any purpose.”

“I was disappointed to see [Mueller] subpoenaed because I don’t think that serves any purpose, dragging Bob Mueller up, if he, in fact, is going to stick to the report,” Barr said. “It seems to me the only reason for doing that is to create some kind of public spectacle.”

“And if Bob decides that he doesn’t want to be subject to that, then the Department of Justice would certainly back him,” he added.

Mueller agreed to publicly testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee after Democrats on the committees issued him a subpoena. The hearings are scheduled for July 17.

were launched from his probe, because BARR shut them down.

if We the PEOPLE hear precisely what BARR stopped at DOJ, it should be a big wake-up call.

Barr wants the people to stay asleep and distracted.

General advice: Anything BARR doesn't like, is GOOD for America.
Anything BARR likes or promotes, is BAD for America.

about the fact that his "summary" wasn't good enough for the rest of us. I wager that he and Trump and GOP are scared of what Mueller might testify to- as you can see they are all lined up to attack and undermine his credibility.

Yep-it seems that people who refuse to spend an hour or two every other year voting also won't read a 400 page report-But I'll tell you this Barr-they will listen to Mueller.
