What is Trump's motive?

He is not following thru on his treats? With the raids planned starting this weekend, it makes me wonder if he isn't trying to start a conflict of some sort here in the states and than he can blame others if it fails or if by chance people are wounded or killed? God helps us all, if he doesn't back down on this moronic stunt!
