I have a problem with today's press conference ...

... by Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley.

Given the circumstances, I found these women to be unspeakably polite, and unforgivably courteous.

They spoke clearly and eloquently about what their country should be.

I certainly do not agree with some of what Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez says and does.

However, her clear thinking and firm eloquence makes clear the quality of a fine mind.

In this age of appeal and worship of fear and ignorance, these qualities are essential if we are to regain our sanity.
