Let's use this 'against' him:

'President Donald Trump on Thursday disavowed a boisterous "send her back" chant aimed at Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., during his rally Wednesday night in North Carolina.

"I was not happy with it — I disagree with it," Trump told reporters at the White House. "I didn't say that, they did," he added.'

...didn't try to stop it.

It was too spontaneous, so it was either suggested ahead of time, or a campaign worker got it going.

He lies! But, then, you already knew that.
