But, that was perfectly stated. Yep. Good for him. I hope also draws a lot more attention to the kids in cages.

I'd say "good for Justin Bieber" but

we know Trump is only doing something because it makes him look good to his 'celebrity friends'...

4. Oh fuck Bieber. He only gets around to saying something because of his "friend" got caught?

Haven’t heard a peep from him until this asshat gets arrested for beating someone up in a foreign country.

I’ve traveled my entire life, and somehow never been arrested overseas.

7. Well, he's Canadian, so there's that. He has no reason to comment on our mess here.

But it took a rich asshole getting arrested for him to care about kids in cages?

Uh uh. Screw him.

5. Admittedly, I am not following this rapper's case closely, but damn, I have no reason to

question the fairness of Sweden's judicial system. Frankly, I find it obscene that there is this uproar of concern for him, yet we have journalists and others languishing in prison in some of the most authoritarian countries of the world, yet, NADA. Trump only gets involved because of Kanye/Kim and the attention it will bring him. It isn't the issue or the person, but the attention that excites him.

I have no reason to believe this rapper's case will NOT be adjudicated fairly. It is not like he's being held by Trump's good (murderous) pals, the Saudis, after all.

So, why are our celebrities highlighting his case, with scarcely an afterthought for the truly horrific cases of individuals imprisoned by our own government--those poor immigrants and their children? I find it really ugly. At least Bieber had the decency to toss their plight in. I hope it is more than a mere afterthought.
