Use moles to create accusations they claim are crimes against the accusers . He'll announce something claiming Mueller or his people are corrupt and do like he did to Hillary. He'll have Barr make up something to try to indict them with , and Hillary and Obama too. He'll also use that tactic to hurt all minorities with by way of made up crimes against them. He threatens this against people a lot. Guilt by trump claims. He did it to people in the FBI , then took their pension away from them because they investigated him.
