(8,144 posts)4. I'd be very happy if what comes out of the hearings is that the DOJ investigation,
which is what it was, not Muellers, did NOT exonerate Trump. Because it was the DOJs and resulting investigations are ongoing, I do not expect Mueller to violate the agreement he made to follow DOJ regulations.
If he blabs about his thinking, internal discussions, bashes Trump etc, he will discredit the work
product and possibly harm cases that can still come from it.
I believe he will tell the truth, but adhere to the DOJ rules about the role of the special prosecutor.
