If it wasn't written down or put on record, Mueller isn't going to talk about it.

If it is written down, Mueller will refer you to that and add no comment. If he wrote it, it speaks for itself. If he didn't write it, he will not comment on the process of it being written. He will speak, but he will doggedly add nothing to the public record.
