How about this: "The hearings today confirmed Trump and others conspired, colluded, cheated, lied but we wont pursue impeachment."

they may talk about how clear things were that Trump did wrong things, or that he clearly was not exonerated.

They might even talk about what they will do next in bringing in McGhan or other people.

What I don't think they will do is say, ok, that's it, impeachment starts now.
