Trump Directly Cited As Motivation

Analysis: Trump Directly Cited As Motivation In 61 Murders And 5 Terrorist Plots

Lest anyone get too comfortable believing that words don’t matter and Donald Trump’s nativist rhetoric is merely a political “nothing burger,” it is worth noting that the President of the United States has been directly cited as motivation for violent acts in at least five terrorist plots and 61 murders.

When they tried to hang the Scalise shooter on Bernie, my first thought was 'I missed all those times when Bernie said go out there and attack the rightwing politicians, from the campaign stage.' But I remember the 8 zillion tRump incitements to violence, against the parts of the public he doesn't like, and against his political 'enemies'.

this is a flawed analysis. the MAGA bomber lived in a van. does anyone not think he had the radio preset to at least one of limbaugh, hannity, savage, levin, ingraham, etc or the local rw blowhards - of which there are many in FLA? when are investigators going to start noting and reporting that shit? when are reporters going to start asking friends and neighbors who they listened to on the radio?

yeah they're fucking nuts and most are on the internet too and trump triggered them, but the general widespread atmosphere that gave us and enabled trump to be able to inspire and out them started 30 years ago when the republicans bought up 1500 radio stations to make excuses for and feed and direct the ignorance, racism, hate, and paranoia. they put a few hundred racist ignorant liars on every corner and stump in the country and made sure the only place liberals and democrats would talk back in real time was major cities and maybe college towns. by ignoring republican talk radio in 40 states with 80 senators, which has likely been part of putin's arsenal for at least 10 years, democrats and liberals have been walking by those carnival barkers with their fingers in their ears, making it more acceptable every year. expecting the captive audience to educate themselves and figure it out is stupid. hearing the lies repeated over and over and over by multiple different sources without challenge is why these nuts believe this shit, with huge secondary and tertiary audiences being influenced to believe or entertain, for instance, that global warming may be a hoax, dealing with it will cause unemployment, it's way off in the future, it might be good for us, hillary is the most corrupt politician in the world, and if bill clinton can do it to women, why not trump?

and media keeps saying trump knows how to manipulate, he's a tweet magician, he knows just what to say, they can't believe his base believes his lies ... it's bullshit.

all he's doing is what putin told him - "we know how to feed your friend and neighbor limbaugh and a lot of what the karl roves have been feeding him is good stuff to beat liberals/dems (and destroy democracy) and there's 30 years of it to piggyback so follow limbaugh's lead and we will too, with social media, internet ops, etc. and that way we can collude right under their noses"

Don't forget Armed Services radio where Limbaugh enjoys daily propaganda over our troops.

KellyAnn says we need to stop pointing fingers. She who is constantly pointing fingers until it’s obvious where the fingers should be pointed. Also, Mick Mulvaney says we’re sick for connecting it to Trump. They have this projection thing down. Take whatever you know to be true about yourself and figure out a way to characterize the other side with those qualities.
