They will catch a known drug dealer who has previously violated his bond and not appeared, and the judge will release him again on a signature bond. In the most recent case the drug dealer got rearrested the very same day by police for dealing again.

He's on probation for assault with a weapon. He's a registered violent offender. He beats a child into unconsciousness and bleeding from his ears...and the child has to be flown to Spokane because his injuries are so severe and Judge Dale Magone lets him out on his own recognizance? This criminal will assault again, the judge made sure of it. I am so angry. My next letter is to the judge in Missoula who hears this case next.

Assault happened Saturday night. Said he bled from his ears for 6 hours, but has SINCE been released.

So sometime between 6 hours after the assault, and roughly 2 hours ago (age of article) he was released.

I'm pretty sure the hospital knows what they're doing.
