There are times when leaders step forward.

Just as Barack Obama stepped forward in 2008, when many thought the world markets might crash? Banks were crashing, the stock market dropped like a rock to below 7,000 and people were losing jobs at 750,000 per month!

Now, we have this mass shooting in El Paso and again, we have a leader step forward. No, it wasn't Donald Trump. It was Beto O'Rourke. Like ironic fate, it happened in his hometown.

All the Democrats have shown leadership in this crisis, but Beto has stood out, in my opinion.

This will weigh heavily in my vote come election time.

We need background checks for every gun purchase.

We need "red flags" for those not responsibly capable of owning guns, such as mental health issues, or anger and assault issues.

Something needs to be done.

If the politicians in Washington cannot do it, maybe it's time to get some new politicians that will?

would find a stage to all stand on together.

What about one ad running right now?

On this we all agree.....
And candidates listing the solutions they all agree on.

Beto, Biden, Booker, and Ryan I thought all did well (those are the only candidates I recall seeing yesterday, so others may have done things to call out the white nationalism problem we are now experiencing and the WH/Senate inaction, but were not covered in the media) .

Booker sort of solidified himself with his appearance in the black church, in my opinion. He did exceptionally well.

Also, it may have been the best speech that Biden has ever given?

A concise summary of the current state of our corporate-owned media, which helped create the monster and played a key role in his ascension to power and his looting rampage
