People are critical that police often get the benefit of the doubt when the facts on the ground suggest otherwise- maybe you are confusing the criticism (valid and invalid) with the name-calling.

The statistics are heartbreaking. He incites. He inflames. He brings the accelerant then lights the match. He walks away...laughing.

This apparently was a narcotics bust turned violent. And Trump's Pennsylvania speech took place almost 200 miles from Philadelphia.
