Like many here, I suppose, when this monstrosity started his campaign back in 2015 I was so galled by his phoning it in to news programs - looking at you Joe and Mika. He was obviously using them, and trying to create the image of a "very busy man with lots to do" and couldn't be bothered to take out time to show up in person. This was the beginning (or middle?) of his utter abuse of the media and the people. It gave him license which he manifestly abused time and time again.
