Okay, so I tried my best to get to the bottom of the nefarious "Google voter manipulation" story.

And what it appears to be based on is this:

At a Senate hearing last month, a Dr. Epstein--no, no, no, not that Epstein, his name is Robert Epstein--who insisted very adamantly that he was a liberal, had an exchange with Senator Congeniality of Texas where he laid out his theory.

And his theory was that.....(drum roll)........Google is a search engine more frequented by Democrats than Republicans, and in 2016 and 2018, Google had a "Go Vote" banner above its search engine on Election Day. As a result, people who are a) Democrats--but only Democrats--and b)had no idea whatsoever that it was Election Day and c) whose lives depend on whatever instructions Google gives it on its search engine rushed to the polls and voted for Democrats where otherwise they would have just stayed home and Googled cat videos.

Not exactly sure how this works since people voting legally is not in any way "manipulation" and plenty of Republicans also use Google. How he somehow got 2.6 to 16 million net voters for Clinton in 2016 out of this nefarious, evil, diabolical Google scheme, I have no clue.
