Is delaying impeachment the same as delaying justice?

It has been said that "justice delayed is justice denied". By delaying impeachment, and not beginning impeachment immediately after Mueller report, have the Democrats waited too long to hold Donald Trump accountable? Has that train already left the station?

Will the Democrats pay a political price for their indecision and lack of action? Is it now too late to impeach? Is the 2020 election our only hope of ridding ourselves of this criminal?

A good prosecutor generally won't pursue a case unless there is a strong chance he will get a conviction.

Do you think the Senate will convict or acquit?

Why should we expect them to act differently this time ?

That never stopped them from impeaching in the past.

even if it takes more time to achieve. (I'm thinking of persons falsely convicted of crimes and released after serving years in prison.) But remember tRUMP knows he's finished since he reportedly said "I'm
screwed" when he learned about the Mueller investigation.

I don't think that Democrats have shown indecision and lack of action, even though my first instinct is to go for the jugular. Haven't Democrats in the House sent a pile of bills to the Senate that are totally blocked by Moscow Mitch? Will Moscow Mafia Mitch and the reTHUGS pay a political price? I think that there will be a big payback to the Reich Wing if we can guarantee a fair election.

I think we're on the road to being rid of tRUMP and his minions. Investigation, Impeachment and the
Election are all components in this process, as is changing public opinion that we see daily. It all adds up.

I appreciate your comments and concerns. You make me think.

It might've been different if they had access to all the info in the report but didn't. It might've been different if Barr had interfered but he did. And it might be different if they could get witnesses to appear without subpoenas, therefore, having to involve the courts but they can't. It doesn't help anything to point arrows at the Dems.

I disagree.

There was no necessity to go back over the same tracks with the same witnesses that Mueller questioned. They had already given their testimony under oath. It was not necessary to validate it again, in my opinion.

But you either have the info you need to make a case or you end up failing and no amount of scolding is going to change that.

This is total bullshit. Hurry up and get off your tookuses conservative Dems. Your primary challenge won't mean a thing if Trump wins in 2020. Nobody ever tried to run for president while under impeachment. I wonder how that works. Can't be good.
