"what is the deep state, who are they, how do you know about them?"

how to keep the government working though the continual transition our form of Democracy requires because of the two, four and six year cycles of office.

Thank God for deep government, especially in light of Donnie Two Scoops attempt at eviscerating the governance of OUR nation.
