This was turned over to either House & Senate Intelligence or House & Senate Judiciary. Neal Katyal designed the Special Counsel law back in the late 1990s and he said the law was designed so Congress was able to get the report and that DOJ couldn't sit on it.
Plus, the Patriot Act required all counterintelligence info be turned over to the House & Senate select committee intel members.

(10,836 posts)I wouldn't trust any transcript from Trump et al. We need verification from the whistleblower's lips, nothing less. Plus the on-going narrative indicates 'multiple' offenses. Needs to be all out on the table for everyone to see and hear.
