Since we're now about impeachment, since we know Barr, Pompeo, and Pence are deep into the . . . . .

. . . . . offense at hand, why not go all the way? I'd say go for Barr first. Not before Trump, but very close (like days) after Trump's articles are set out. Then line up the rest of them, one after the other, for their trials.

Trump gets gone. Pence ascends and appoints a veep. Pence gets gone, Veep ascends. Rinse and repeat.

~alternatively~

Pence gets gone. Trump appoints. Trump gets gone. Veep ascends. Rinse and repeat.

Get Barr gone and press much, much harder in the next confirmation.
