Do you think as it all goes down, and Trump looks like that hes done for,
that his biggest supporters at Faux, will think "Hey I need to save my career
here and do some Journalism" Or will they hang on to the end, even if hes being marched
away in cuffs and shout out what a great President he is?

(3,283 posts)I mean this is going to look bad for them, when all the evidence is out there, they
know that no other network will touch them, so they're basically at Faux for life.

They may throw Trump under the bus at some point, but then go back to GOP propaganda to promote the next Republican candidates and trash the Democrats.
It was reported that Paul Ryan, who is on the board at FOX, is encouraging them to move away from Trump.

(9,897 posts)Fox News will slowly end shows like Hannity, Fox and Friends and Ingraham and move to more of a centrist news model - moving in hard on CNN and painting MSNBC as the real biased network...
And in the fever swamp of OAN and Breitbart and Limbaugh, Trump will partner with them, surge in popularity and then gradually fall off as his biggest bigot fans die off...

(3,435 posts)That's how they make a living, by pumping up his supporters. If they were going to do what's in the best interest of the country or the Republican Party, they would have deserted him a long time ago. In my opinion, the only thing that will move his supporter is direct evidence of pedophilia or murder. It can't be circumstantial.
