The Constitution does not give absolute rights to any office holder, only an authoritarian dictator could even presume them.
He has the rights and protections conferred to any citizen by the Constitution and also the obligations to obey and uphold the laws. In office, as servant of the people, his duties and responsibilities are clearly spelled out and do not place him above the law.
His assumptions rest on absolutely nothing.

...who was absolutely corrupted already. Only difference is, rather than Manhattan land "deals", his forum is the US and the rest of the world.
