and that ignores state prosecutions... (and even if Trump doesn't have legal liability in all 50 states, it is at least 2 or 3 or 5 or so... many of them so "blue" that they are not necessarily willing to give an inch when it comes to immunity)

Trump making a "non-prosecution" deal would be, as POTUS, making a deal with himself, which may or may not be honored by his successors... and Trump is distrustful and paranoid as fuck. He won't trust ANYONE not himself to deliver the deliverable outcome. So there is no reason to expect him to accept such a deal. I just don't see it.
