I’d say no GOP yes votes for impeachment and 2 DEM no votes (Jones & Manchin).

But I think part of Pelosi's strategy is to make it more likely that even a small handful of Republicans vote to impeach and remove.

Democrats already have the votes in the House to impeach and probably won't get enough Republican votes in the Senate to remove him, but if they can make the Senate vote bipartisan and, even better, get enough Republican senators to push the vote to remove over 50% that could have a big impact - both on the 20/20 elections and on posterity.

Nixon was almost impeached, and is more popular today than ever.

So it will all depend on how history looks at why a president was impeached.

It did not harm the country in any way. The Dumpster's OTOH is way overdue. We are at critical mass re: impeachable offenses, as the good rep from Houston said.
