FLIPPABLE: Naomi Andrews for NH-HD9 Rockingham (October 8 Special Election)

“I am proud to announce I am running to be the next New Hampshire State Representative serving Epping. I am looking forward to being an advocate for my hometown in the New Hampshire State Legislature.

“As the daughter of a former small business owner and a restaurant worker, I learned at a young age the value of hard work and dedication to family and community. I have been engaged in the community for many years—I graduated from Epping Middle/High School and I’ve spent my entire professional career serving the people of New Hampshire as the longtime Chief of Staff and Campaign Manager for former Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter. As the first in my family to graduate college, I know the value of investing in education and putting tech school and college within reach for more Granite Staters.

“I’m deeply passionate about making healthcare more affordable and more accessible; making sure the economy works for everyone; redoubling our efforts to fight the opioid crisis; improving the care we provide our veterans when they return home from serving our nation; and safeguarding our environment.

“I know what makes Epping special. This community helped educate me and shape my values, and I want to give back by working for Epping as your State Representative.”

We don't get too excited about flipping a state house seat, but there is a good reason why:

The General Court of New Hampshire is the bicameral state legislature of the U.S. state of New Hampshire. The lower house is the New Hampshire House of Representatives with 400 members. The upper house is the New Hampshire Senate with 24 members.

Makes it tough to keep up with local politics!
