A prediction; soon the Rethugs will be begging Democrats to impeach tRump

Washington is in a firestorm. The president cannot govern, his agenda is dead. The Internet, News & Social Media have exploded, people not just in this country are saying it, but across the globe are saying it, tRump is corrupt and has corrupted federal institutions; the State Department & Department of Justice.

We're barely a week into this, with only the first of the witness hearings started and there's already been a mountain of evidence that all ties together seamlessly. But Pelosi and Schiff have only begun this GOP public relations nightmare.

Republicans are absolutely out of their minds to let this drag on. We're already seeing public polling that was from the height of the Nixon impeachment before he resigned in disgrace. How much more are republicans willing to take before they cry uncle??? The GOP will forever be synonymous with tRump's brand of corruption.

He is inexcusable.

It’s tragic that the future of our country depends on the resemblance of a few GOPers’ gonads to steel balls, but... here we are.

he's dirty, too.

The smart GOP play would be to boot Pence the way Nixon dumped Agnew, install someone like Jerry Ford (maybe Shelby, Burr or Alexander?), then vote to impeach Trump resulting in a conservative, but not crazy president.

If the Republicans don't remove him in the Senate, it will do great damage to that party.

Don't forget the money behind GOPers. They will not give up tax cuts and rampant, insane de-regulation without a very dirty fight.

don't care about if Trump is able to govern or not, their agenda is to prevent our agenda from happening. Gridlock is preferable to anything we'd do, in their eyes.

If Trump himself (and only Trump) is seen to sell out his base on their key issues, then there won't have to be any begging. The GOP'ers in the House and the Senate will quickly remove Trump so that he won't be an issue on the 2020 general election ballot.

I don't see that happening. Oh, and I remember the Republicon party was seen as dead a few times in my lifetime.
