(12,712 posts)Don't cross the bridge before we get to it Our fears about this are a reaction and that seems to be the strategy from our opposition. Being calm and confident for now brings us to reasonable responses and that's a better strategy.
These are times that can encourage the tendency to think in catastrophic ways. A lot can, and probably will, happen before we get to that point.

(25,862 posts)by Nancy Pelosi not to start proceedings in the House. Lucky us, Trump finally did something so egregious (phone call to Ukraine) that she has finally realized that impeachment needs to happen.
Let's worry about the Senate after the House had done its duty.
