After about 5 minutes, even though 90% of the country does not have the slightest idea what the term means, people start using it as a defense of Trump while they are guzzling their drinks at cocktail parties.

"Well, you see, I don't know if you heard Trump say it, but there was no Quiz go snow, so he is entirely innocent. The libs are making shit up again".

Also, no one seems to realize that it does not matter if there was any Quid Pro Quo, because once some bullshit is thrown out there, it needs to be slapped down hard and repetitively that no Quid Pro Quo is necessary for an impeachable offense...the mere request is the offense.

But, it's not getting slapped down hard enough, so the bullshit continues.

Because that is how a large portion of the people in this country operate...just throw a word or phrase out there, and they latch onto it without understanding, because it's just easier that way.
