The problem is 50% of the GOP voting base are RABID trump supporters (maybe even more). These collaborators have no honor, no patriotism and no love of the rule of love, the constitution or democratic principles. Its about raw power and control which they have had for almost 3 years.

Can't remember if I saw footage, or if someone on cablenews quoted him, but he said something to the effect that 'Russia is what we need to worry about'. In any case, maybe - just maybe - Romney is playing the clean-up game in order to test the water on running against Spanky?

We know the Senate won't toss the orange anus out of office after he's impeached. And from what I understand, he'd be able to run for office again. If that happens, Repugs voting in the primary would be able to choose Romney - and be anonymous doing it.
