How many people have we heard of that are traveling the world to investigate the Bidens?

The only reason they would be investigating the Bidens (or, the start of the Russian interference in 2016) would be political.

So far, I can remember Barr, Pence, Giuliani, Pompeo, Patel and, I'm sure, many others have been named. My questions I'd love to see answered by Rachel or other commentators are...

#1) Are we, the taxpayers, being charged for these trips for the person assigned, plus their entourage to look into political issues?

#2) How can these people take time off their regular responsibilities to investigate the Bidens and/or the origin of the Russian interference/investigation in 2016?

#3) If these people are on the job, so to speak, are they violating the Hatch Act with these trips?

#4) How many times did these people Trump assigned to do his dirty work stay at Trump complexes?
