Looks like he lost his grip and is plunging to his death and his hands are swollen from trying to hold on and there is a red snake on his neck ready to strangle him and he is trying to morph into a swastika, but it's not working.

And what's with the sharpie depiction of a lie detector test springing from his hand? Now, that one is odd.
