caffeine and that package clearly says it has caffeine--as well as the primary active ingredient in Sudafed, which is also an upper. This must be how he stays up all night tweet-storming. He's all jacked up on drugs!

It's a product sold in the UK; the ingredients are paracetamol (acetaminophen), guaifenesin (an expectorant) and phenylephrine.
