Fox & Friends denies existence of full Ukrainian transcript which we know exists! WH talking points?

Dan Bongino on Fox and Friends claims the summary of the conversation that the WH released was the entire conversation. He said it is only 10 minutes (of a 30 min. call) because of translators.

But the whistle-blower claims a full, word-for-word transcript exists. On page 3 of his report. he writes:

"In the days following the phone call, I learned from multiple U.S. officials that senior White House officials had intervened to 'lock down' all records of the phone call, especially the official word-for-word transcript of the call that was produced—as is customary—by the White House Situation Room."

On Morning Joe last Thurs. Congressman Subramanian Raja Krishnamoorthi (D. Illinois) was made this case clearly even telling how the actual transcription occurred with voice-recognition software and editing.

We only got what the WH wanted us to get (approx. 11 minutes of a 30-min. call) and that was terrible for them. Imagine what is in the full 30 min. call!
