Does Trump's name belong with those others?
Well, they were all brutal, narcissistic, cruel, mindless murderers who killed to ensure their power, and because they enjoyed it.
Had Trump not had barriers such as the Constitution and an opposition party, does anyone doubt what he would have done. After all, look at what he did do and got away with. He tore children from their parents and locked them in cages. He ignored the deaths, suffering and helplessness of Puerto Rico during and after a disaster. He thinks that Nazis are "fine people." He's called for violence on many occasions towards those who oppose him. And by calling his political enemies "traitors and spies", he's looking for the death penalty to be imposed on them.
All we can hope for is that after he is impeached by the House, and then tried by the Senate and found not guilty, is that he is unable to steal the 2020 election. Given another four years, who can doubt that an unrestrained Trump will become a historic mass murderer.
And all I can say to those who think "It can't happen here," wake the fuck up. He can shoot a hundred thousand people on 5th Ave. and the Republicans will stand by their man.

Vlad Tepes was an excellent field commander and a competent administrator.
One could also argue that he was patriotic, leading his country out of the threat from the Ottoman Empire. All of the others were/are purely selfish and self-indulgent.
