He's keeping his Turkey properties safe and he's expanding his land holdings. That's why he's letting Turkey slaughter the Kurds. is that we've been screwing over the Kurds for a very long time. They've never been our first consideration in the region... so inevitably they get the shit end of the stick. Probably because there is no financial incentive to help the Kurds, though having a strong secular government in the region would be a plus. What Trump is doing here is awful, but i can't help but think other Presidents might have done the same thing. Only quieter and over a longer period of time...

Sadly, it could be all three. The situation discussed in this tweet is at least one reason there needs to be legislation passed that requires future presidents to sell all assets that could cause, or be seen as causing a conflict of interest.
