Who drop a sh*t ton of bombs 30-50 miles away from my house every so often. Gotta keep in practice. Shakes our house and sounds like a gawd awful thunderstorm taking place. I’m pretty sure they have bullets for their on board weapons, too. So this might be a big surprise for them to hear their Commander in Chief making this claim.

Trump claims told him this, in one of his "sir" stories about anonymous people saying unbelievable things to him. (Often with tears in their eyes, in Trump's stories about these people who come up to him saying "sir" -- at least he didn't describe this top general as having tears in his eyes.)

... this could all be over tomorrow.

I wish he were patriotic. I wish he even cared about his place in history. We still remember the way that Walter Cronkite changed the way that people looked at the Vietnam War--it's one of the things his name is linked with forever. As weird as it seems, Sean Hannity could save our country if he would just acknowledge that the entirely naked and blithering emperor is not wearing clothes.

Presidents don’t need bullets. Warfighters need bullets.

Then, again, if Drumpf were actually to have been in the armed forces, he might know that.

Donald does not lie 100% of the time.

He spoke the unvarnished truth TWO TIMES during the campaign:

1. He said the election was RIGGED. True.

2. He said if I voted for Hillary, there would be a criminal in the White House.

2 for 2!

Remarkable how stable it has been. We need him to keep talking because every time he shuts up the polling rises. It was 43.1% on September 24 before this Ukraine stuff broke.

I am under no delusion that he will be forced out or resign. Therefore my only priority is keeping his approval number at a level where he is a small re-election underdog instead of a small favorite. We are okay at this 41.5% but it gets very dicey at 44% or thereabouts. Trump will receive a considerably higher percentage of the vote than his approval rating suggests. This is a Shy Tory era in American politics.
