From 2011, editor Steve Linde professed to provide balanced coverage of the news along with views from across the political spectrum. In April 2016, Linde stepped down as editor-in-chief and was replaced by Yaakov Katz, a former military reporter for the paper who previously served as an adviser to right-wing Education and Diaspora Affairs Minister Naftali Bennett.

I reluctantly started reading them after the Israeli election and was pleasantly surprised. (Their info was up to the minute and that was why I started reading them)

They didn't seem to be fawning all over Bibi or anything and were critical enough of him. If I hadn't heard they were right wing previously, I would have never known. It didn't seem much different than Haaretz.

The posted article seemed very even-handed. Almost like an outsider writing a diplomatic summary for government back home.
